Call, write or visit

The quickest way to reach us is to call the branch nearest you. Each branch has its own phone number, and the team there can answer your questions and book your check-up.

An eye injury, or sudden loss of sight? Call the nearest branch straight away. Do not wait for a reply to a form or an email.

Call a branch

What do you need help with?

Most questions are answered quickest on the phone. For a few, there is a better way.

  • Book a check-up

Call your branch and tell them what is troubling your eyes. They will book you with the right doctor. You can also book online.

  • Which doctor is in

Each doctor's OPD days are on the Locations page. Days can change with leave and holidays, so call the branch before you travel.

  • Ayushman card and insurance

All three branches accept the Ayushman card (PM-JAY), and cashless treatment works with most insurance TPAs. Call the branch to check what is covered for your treatment.

  • Anything in writing

Email us. Write the patient's name and the branch they visit, so your message reaches the right people.

  • Feedback on a visit

Tell us by email, or leave a review for your branch on Google. Reviews help other families choose.

  • Work with us

See the jobs we hire for, and send us your CV, on the Career page.
